CRANIUM is an amazing and incredibly addictive party and family board game. Cranium is billed as "The Game for the Whole Brain" as it involves a variety of activities. In order to win, the players will: solve puzzles, define words, even spell them backward, act, hum, and unleash their inner performer, sketch, sculpt, and draw masterpieces, sometimes with their eyes closed, show their general knowledge — or simply guess.

SCATTeRGORIeS Die-rolling Game

Ages: teenagers, adolescents, adults / 16 years & up

Average playing time: depending on the edition of the game & the size of the playing board; it varies from about 30 mins to hours of fun :-)

Contents: Game Board, 200 / 600 / 800 Cranium cards (number depens on the edition), 10-sided die, Tub of Cranium Clay, Timer, 4 Movers, 4 Notepads, 4 Pencils.

How 2 play:

In Cranium, teams must complete different activities to move around the game board and be the first team to make it to the Cranium Central space. On your team's turn, you choose a Cranium card based on the colour of the space your mover is on.

If your mover is on the start space or a purple space, you get to choose any color.

Yellow spaces are Word Worm cards, where players must solve puzzles, define words, and even spell words backward.

Green is for Star Performer cards, which ask players to act, hum, and unleash their inner performer.

Blue spaces are Creative Cat cards, and players must sketch, sculpt, and draw masterpieces, sometimes with their eyes closed.

Red spaces are Data Head cards, which test just how much players know—or can guess.

Once your team has picked its card color, the other team will draw the card and read it aloud to you. Flip the timer and complete the activity on the card before time runs out. If you successfully complete it, roll the die and move your mover to the colored space indicated. Then your turn is over.

If you didn't complete the activity, you don't roll the die or move. It's the other team's turn.

There are also All-Play cards mixed into each category. These cards mean that both teams compete against each other at the same time. The first team to shout out the correct answer before time runs out wins an instant bonus roll.

When you land on the Cranium Central space, you still need to successfully complete one last activity to win. The other team gets to choose what color card you will play. If you don't get it right, you have to try again on your next turn.

Cranium comes with a game board, 200 Cranium cards, a 10-sided die, a tub of Cranium clay, a timer, two movers, and a notepad. The game is for four or more players divided into two teams.
